How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

The processing time for orders is usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days, while express shipping can take up to 5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@restox.uk. Please note that returns must not be sent to the return address.

The quickest and easiest way to make an exchange is to cancel the original order and place a separate new order.

What happens if my item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Are there any restrictions on shipping?

Yes, there may be restrictions on shipping to certain locations. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, we will inform you immediately and offer you a refund.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for the tracking information to be updated.

How long will it take before I receive a refund?

If your return is authorised, the refund will automatically be made to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
